Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, protective films, accessories, warranty cards (if applicable), and original packaging intact. Products showing signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse.
- Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
- Customized, engraved, or personalized products.
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number, reason for return, and clear images of the product if it is damaged or defective. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions. Please ensure the product is securely packed before shipping.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
